In Saudi Arabia, SYSTRA has been ever present for more than 20 years and continues to expand and play its part in helping the Kingdom achieve its 2030 vision. With 400+ employees SYSTRA is involved in many of the Kingdoms iconic projects.

Within our Consulting business, we have an opportunity to establish a PMO to assist in the delivery of a regreneration programme within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; within this scope we are looking for an IT Support to join this programme.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Provide IT support and services to all staff across the programme.
  • Deploy IT equipment and software as per standards across the programme.
  • Respond promptly and provide timely updates for all support and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and hardware/software issues.
  • Accurately record and action all incidents and requests in line with SLA.
  • Manage daily support issues on-site and escalate to appropriate channels when needed.

Profile/Skills

  • Provide first-class IT support and service delivery, ensuring internal customer satisfaction through timeliness, accuracy, and high responsiveness.
  • Comply with IT policies and procedures outlined by the Client and the JV.
  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
  • Fresh IT graduates or up to 2 years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
  • Experience in IT Operations in an engineering/construction industry
  • Technical Skills: Windows, IT networks, Office 365.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English.
