Purpose of the Job
The SAP Material Management team leader should manage his IT team to deliver and support in the activities of business Demand Management, IT Resource Capacity Management, Requirements / Backlog Management, Testing and QA, Configuration Management, Service Request Management, Incident Management, Master Data Management, Service Level Management, Data Quality, Solution Design, Lifecycle Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Continuous Improvement, Product Selection & Prioritization, Project and Program Management, Vendor Management, Data Stewardship, Provision & Configure, Business Continuity, Customer Experience
Key Accountabilities: Description
Ensure the team delivery of Change Request for all the Business stakeholders
Ensure the team Compliance with ITD Incidents SLA to ALJ Business
Lead and deliver assigned project in Hoshin as per agreed timelines
Prepare a development plan for all the team members reporting to him and coach them regularly to achieve the plan
Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators
80 % of on Timely Delivery for every 6 months
98 % of Support SLA to be achieved for every 6 months. (L1 & L2 tickets)
Lead the projects and deliver as per the project plan shared by Project Management Team
Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings with team members
Major Activities
Handle the Forecast, capture, evaluation, and approval of demand for IT services from the business.
Manage and support for the activities to ensure that sufficient levels of IT personnel are available to support business objectives effectively and at optimal cost.
Manage and support for the activities required to elicit, document, model, and formalize requirements and maintain traceability of requirements throughout the delivery process and continuously maintained in a backlog.
Manage and support for the activities required to test the performance and functionality of the solution/product/service offered to ensure it meets all defined requirements. The process should also ensure that the organization and staffs are equipped to conduct accurate testing.
Manage and support for the activities to resolve the underlying causes of incidents, minimize their adverse impact, and prevent recurrence of incidents and restore normal service operation (defined by service-level agreements) as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse effect on business operations
Capture, retain, and share knowledge to support the execution of IT capabilities with continuous learning and improvement
Manage and support ongoing efforts to improve products, services, or processes, either incrementally or breakthrough improvement, and ongoing evaluation for measuring success
Manage and support for the activities to capture, analyze, and forecast relevant opportunities and threats to the organization
Contribute to Evaluation and support of products/projects/services that best align with the organization’s objectives and maximizes its performance
Contribute in Planning, coordinating and managing projects for the deliver IT solutions by incorporating well defined scope, commitment of IT resources, and required milestones
Manage mutually beneficial relations with suppliers, outsourcers, and other third parties to ensure consistent with business expectations and contractual commitments
Manage and support the provision and configure system components together along with the application code to create a target solution/product, while maintaining a record of historical, planned, and current states of solution/products.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent degree is required.
Minimum Experience
5+ years’ experience in SAP MM, automotive sector, and Experience in managing business demand.
-At least one full cycle (end to end) of SAP implementation.
Job-Specific Skills
Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical audience.
Excellent Communication with ability to talk to all levels of an organization.
Languages
English Proficiency
Arabic Language (Optional)
Special Certifications / Membership
Certified SAP MM Consultant.
