IT Security Implementation Lead Expert

Purpose of Job

Jobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards predetermined long-term objectives.

Jobholders oversee the implementation of operational plans and the provision of significant improvements to set policies, procedures, standards and reports.

Their main operational role includes supervising the development of IT security projects implementation plan. Manage the implementation of IT security projects and recommend corrective actions to all stakeholders. Lead the implementation of the IT security assessments and audits and provide reports to all relevant stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather all requirements of ZATCA IT security projects, develop IT security project plans, and implement them in cooperation with all stakeholders to ensure IT security objectives are achieved
• Prepare IT risk assessment environment as designed, implement periodical IT risk assessment activities and update the risk register in order to share results with IT Security Architecture and relevant stakeholders
• Support in the development of IT security compliance program and audits, implement them as planned within budget, time, and quality and communicate results report to all stakeholders for improvement
• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred

Experience

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
