About the Company: Our client is an IT company and they are currently looking for a IT Sales Manager to join their team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Summary
- Provide strategic direction, accountability, and vision for clients.
- Plan budgets, manage projects, set goals, and identify additional business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a client servicing or partner relationship role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Operations
- Manage all aspects of client business, ensuring exceptional service and maximizing profitability.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital transformation solutions.
- Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance versus targets.
- Maximize penetration of solutions and product offerings with existing clients and new prospects.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and strategies.
- Serve as the key point of contact for key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Advise internal teams with consulting expertise on pre-sales, sales, and delivery strategies.
- Support change management initiatives for clients adapting to new technologies.
- Ensure adherence to performance standards and proactively identify client needs.
- Manage account profitability and identify new growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted partner in clients’ digital transformation journeys.
- Monitor customer NPS (Net Promoter Score), generate insights, and develop advocacy strategies.
- Win and close key digital transformation projects, driving portfolio growth.
Budgets and Financial Planning
- Contribute to budget planning and ensure alignment with cost and revenue forecasts.
- Highlight areas of underperformance and improvement opportunities.
Strategy & Tactical Planning
- Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies.
- Prepare action plans to achieve and surpass targets.
Operational Excellence
- Stay updated with market research, industry trends, and best practices.
- Apply emerging practices to drive business excellence.
People Development
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Monitor individual KPIs to ensure high productivity and effective delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Motivate teams and contribute to change initiatives and improvement projects.
- Participate in programs reflecting global best practices and competitive shifts.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Recommend enhancements and ensure implementation of effective controls.
- Ensure adherence to procedures for high-quality service delivery.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and statements as per internal standards.
Other Duties
- Perform additional related duties or assignments as directed by management.
