IT Manager - ERP (Dynamics 365) - Riyadh

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and hands-on IT Manager to spearhead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for a reputable construction organization based in Riyadh.

Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are highly preferred, or if your notice is more than 1 Month, you should be able to join as a Part-Time remote.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Business Applications:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, rollout, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM and HCM.
• Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other business-critical systems.
• Liaise with finance, procurement, HR, operations, and project teams to ensure business alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and user adoption across ERP modules.
  
  

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, data centers, endpoints).
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage cloud services (e.g., Azure), backups, and hybrid environments.
  
  

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Develop and enforce information security policies, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (e.g., NCA, CITC) and internal IT governance standards.
• Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  
  

Service Management & User Support

• Supervise IT support functions (L1/L2/L3) and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Manage IT service delivery and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
• Implement ITIL-based service desk processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Vendor & Budget Management:
• Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget in alignment with business objectives.
  
  

Strategy, Planning & Innovation

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy and roadmap.
• Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and digital opportunities.
• Support smart construction technologies, IoT, and data-driven decision-making.
• Project & Change Management:
• Lead complex IT projects from inception to delivery across departments.
• Apply best practices in project management and change management to drive adoption.
• Deliver business transformation outcomes on time and within budget.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of IT/ERP experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven success in ERP implementations in the Construction & Real Estate sectors is essential.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable:
• Microsoft Certified is a must: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• PMP
• ITIL
