Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network).

• Assist in system setup, installation, and updates.

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

• Support troubleshooting of technical issues.

• Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and MS Office.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
