Job Description

• Implement application configurations, upgrades, roll ups and customizations in supported way to not impact upgrades.

• Manage all levels of support requests in Service Desk

• Coordinate with internal departments and end users to ensure that users are trained properly on the system functions.

• Assist end users to improve the efficiency and effectiveness by providing best practice business applications and functionalities

• Identify and prioritize system activities through cross functional coordination

• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes for the IT programs

• Support and recommend innovations, enhancements, corrective actions for IT projects.

• Ensure the delivery of requirements to complete projects successfully and meet project deliverables, utilization expectations, customers experience, and quality of service

• Conduct program and project update meetings and reviews with management, department heads, leads, and team members
