- Implement application configurations, upgrades, roll ups and customizations in supported way to not impact upgrades.
- Manage all levels of support requests in Service Desk
- Coordinate with internal departments and end users to ensure that users are trained properly on the system functions.
- Assist end users to improve the efficiency and effectiveness by providing best practice business applications and functionalities
- Identify and prioritize system activities through cross functional coordination
- Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes for the IT programs
- Support and recommend innovations, enhancements, corrective actions for IT projects.
- Ensure the delivery of requirements to complete projects successfully and meet project deliverables, utilization expectations, customers experience, and quality of service
- Conduct program and project update meetings and reviews with management, department heads, leads, and team members
- Database querying
