A Day in the Life

Medtronic Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Invoice To Cash Project Lead to oversee operations excellence, credit & collection, and logistics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This role is critical in managing the full cycle from invoice to cash, streamlining operations, and enhancing strategic alignment with business objectives. As the ItC Project Lead, you will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration across teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide operational leadership by overseeing daily business activities, driving the execution of strategies, and leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Manage the full invoice-to-cash cycle, ensuring effective credit management, timely collections, and continuous process improvement.
• Implement and monitor credit and collection policies that support financial health and optimize cash flow.
• Drive operational excellence by initiating and executing continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, service quality, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee logistics and supply chain functions to ensure cost-effective operations, optimal product availability, and high service levels.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and risk management practices.
  
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 10–15 years of senior management experience in operations, credit & collections, and logistics, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, process optimization, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the operational, regulatory, and financial landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
