The Investor Relations Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships between the company and its current investors. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date investor information , managing communications between the company and investors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement investor communication strategies.
- Effectively and timely respond to investor inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events with investors.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual reports and financial statements.
- Collaborate with operation team to prepare financial data and analyses.
- Write and issue press releases and important announcements.
- Analyze the company's financial performance and provide detailed reports to management.
- Monitor changes in the financial market and competitors' performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance investor value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations concerning investor relations.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
- Work closely with other departments such as operation, legal, and marketing to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Provide accurate and updated information to the senior management team regarding investor expectations and feedback.
