How You’ll Make An Impact
- Arrange and perform activities in shop floor related to quality checking of product, material incoming quality, production and testing process.
- Responsibility on process development, procedures, templates and working instructions related Incoming quality and supplier quality.
- Collaborate with and empower all departments for deviation detection, Nonconformance follow ups, root cause analysis, correction measures implementation and continuous improvement.
- Attend and participate in the internal/external audits (ISO, Hitachi Energy, Customer ) and work with all departments to close all findings and improvements.
- Participate in organizational changes and lean culture and implementation within the BU and monitor the quality strategy for materials, customer.
- complaints and processes using predefined quality KPI's and arrange & perform failure analysis, reports using 8D template or similar.
- Arrange & sustain a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements.
- Monitor supplier quality performance, material management and analysis and follow up corrective actions related to NCRs and CCRPs.
- Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering discipline.
- 2 years or less of experience of relevant field.
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
- GIS product knowledge.
- Hands on Inspection of material and QMS & Internal Quality Auditing and Quality Tools, RCA .
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
