The role holder is responsible for support managing international tax and assessing permanent establishment risk for stc KSA . The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.
Job Responsibility
- Research and provide technical expertise to address international tax issues
- Conduct and help manage tax due diligence related to international tax
- Assist in with the quantification of tax structures, benefits, and risk related to cross-border transactions
- Assist with the management and facilitation of tax audits and inquiries as it relates to international tax issues
- Assess the effects of international tax developments such as the OECD initiatives
- Assess permanent establishment risk for stc KSA
- Support for the implementation of tax strategy from international tax perspective
- Act as point of contact for international tax matters

Nature Of Experience
- Prior experience in International taxation in a large-scale service oriented industry is strongly preferred
- Prior experience within the KSA region and/or the Middle East region including knowledge of regulatory environment and context is preferred
