Job Description
Act as the central coordination point between customers, distributors, the sales team, and internal operations to ensure smooth execution of aftermarket orders and services. Provide responsive, high-quality support that drives customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quotation Support
- Partner with the Gas & Process Key Account Manager to prepare accurate quotations and commercial offers for customers and distributors.
- Maintain and update the quotation log and CRM system to ensure all proposals are tracked and accessible.
- Assist service planners in the complete cycle of field services & repairs jobs
- Process confirmed GAP orders, coordinating with logistics and product companies.
- Issue order acknowledgements and ensure all order documentation is complete and accurate.
- Liaise with customers and distributors on shipment schedules, delivery updates, and payment follow-ups.
- Expedite orders by working closely with product companies, vendors, and local sub-suppliers in line with GAP sourcing policy.
- Prepare invoices and goods receipt notes (GRNs) for all shipped GAP orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in line with company policies.
- Monitor, review, and update reports for all quoted and confirmed orders.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records on a weekly basis.
- Prepare monthly order and invoice reports.
- Support resolution of customer non-conformity issues in collaboration with the sales team, product companies, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the objectives of the aftermarket business.

What we expect of you?
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; degree in Administration, Marketing, or BBA preferred.
- Experience with key customers such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, others.
- Exposure to aftermarket operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken), Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
