Job Brief:

We are hiring an Internal Auditor for our client in the Manufacturing / Trading industry based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct various types of audits including concurrent, operational, and process audits.
• Review cash and bank payment documents, purchase orders, and expense bills prior to payment to vendors and service providers.
• Monitor monthly compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements.
• Participate in monthly stock counts and perform reconciliation exercises.
• Provide recommendations for strengthening internal controls, improving processes, cost savings, and enhancing profitability.
• Prepare internal audit reports highlighting key findings, recommendations, and associated risk implications for decision-making.
• Submit audit reports to Auditee, Management, and Group Audit Manager in a timely manner.
• Plan and manage audit engagements by defining scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct follow-ups with auditees for implementation of audit recommendations.
• Independently assess the effectiveness of the group’s policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Educational Qualification: CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance
• Experience in Manufacturing or Trading sector will only be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
