About The Role
As a Social Media Intern, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist with performance tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. What You’ll Do
- Data & Insights:
- Track marketing performance using dashboards and assist in extracting insights.
- Support in analyzing customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Execution:
- Assist in drafting creative briefs for the Creative Studio and Social Media teams.
- Ensure marketing assets align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Support the execution of CRM requests (push, email, WhatsApp) and in-app assets.
- Help compile briefs for performance marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content scheduling and approvals with the social media team.
- Assist in managing offline activations with external agencies.
- Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track live campaign performance and flag any issues to the team.
- Assist in gathering data for post-campaign analysis and performance reporting.
- Document key learnings to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with teams across Operations, Growth, Digital, and Finance.
- Ensure marketing tasks move through the necessary approval layers efficiently.
- Support internal coordination to streamline campaign execution.
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
