Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our Saudi Client Capabilities Network.
The Saudi Client Capabilities Network is a group of colleagues who bring highly specialized expertise across various topics such as analytics, and asset-based consulting to help clients across the Middle East region.
As part of the Maqdira fellowship program, you will work with consulting teams that are engaged across many industries serving private and public sector clients to drive innovation.
Also, you'll be part of McKinsey Digital and you'll drive transformation based on your major which will help you build businesses by bringing together the capabilities needed to help organizations grow and thrive in the digital age. We help our clients harness the power of data and artificial intelligence, modernize core technology and capitalize on new technology, optimize and automate operations, fuel digital growth, create stunning digital experiences, and build digital talent and culture.
Working with McKinsey consulting teams in this region will enable you to learn and to deliver significant, measurable, and unique impact to clients on questions related to their operations strategy and transformation, ranging from performance improvement to benchmarking.
What You'll Do
You will be part of the knowledge expertise team and McKinsey Digital team to provide analytics support as part of engagement teams serving clients in the Middle East region with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will work with generalist/ DnA consultants to articulate, scope, and potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge with guidance from more senior colleagues. You will be responsible for collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing facts and data that serve as critical inputs to client service or McKinsey engagement teams. You will also develop a good knowledge of key sources of data and analytical methods.
Working on projects and exchanging experiences with your colleagues, you will face new intellectual challenges on a daily basis while continuously building your methodical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
- Saudi nationals in their final year of undergraduate studies in disciplines such as economics, statistics, engineering, finance, computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or artificial intelligence, seeking to fulfill their university's cooperative training requirement
- Track record of intellectual curiosity
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Understanding of general business concepts and terminology
- Professional attitude and service orientation
- Team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
