Overview

Element is offering a comprehensive one-year internship program for fresh graduates in Saudi Arabia.

As an intern, you will be involved in entry-level tasks supporting Element's laboratory operations, gaining hands-on experience in Chemistry/Environmental.

The program lasts for one year and includes both in-house responsibilities and occasional site visits.

This opportunity is available to fresh graduates based in Dammam who hold a diploma in environmental science, Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Tracking & Inventory Management
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records of all environmental testing equipment, tools, and accessories
  • Track equipment availability, location, and condition in real time
  • Implement and maintain an equipment check-in/check-out system for field teams
  • Calibration & Maintenance Coordination
  • Schedule and document equipment calibration activities in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Maintain calibration certificates and records for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist in identifying, reporting, and following up on equipment faults, repairs, or servicing needs
  • Field Mobilization & Demobilization Support
  • Prepare equipment for mobilization to field projects, ensuring completeness and functionality
  • Support demobilization processes by inspecting, cleaning, and storing returned equipment
  • Assist in ensuring field teams have the necessary tools and consumables for operations
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate logs of equipment use, calibration dates, and service history
  • Prepare periodic equipment status reports for management review
  • Ensure all records are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Recommend process improvements for better equipment utilization and control
  • Support initiatives to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan

Skills / Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or diploma holder (Saudi national) with a diploma or degree in environmental science, Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related technical field
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Basic understanding of technical equipment handling (training will be provided)
  • Highly motivated and passionate about being part of a global TIC organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in English
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Committed to completing the one-year program and fulfilling assigned roles diligently
