Interior Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site work and remote flexibility, catering to our diverse project needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful interior design projects and a passion for transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
• Create design concepts that meet client expectations and project specifications.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
• Utilize computer applications in the design process such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite.
• Oversee the project from concept through to completion ensuring high standards of work and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility.
• Source materials and products included in plans.
• Stay current with the latest trends, materials, and regulations in the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Saudi Council of Engineers License.
• Interior Design and FF&E skills.
• Experience in creating detailed construction drawings.
• Ability to work on interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of materials, colors, and furniture selection.
• Have knowledge of materials pricing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
