Responsibilities: Develop detailed interior drawings using Revit, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details

• Create functional and efficient space plans based on client requirements, design intent, and regulatory standards
• Translate design concepts into precise construction documentation for fit-out execution
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility

Demonstrated Knowledge and experience in Interior space planning

• Prepare layout revisions as needed
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior drafting and space planning
Proficient in Autodesk Revit for interior documentation and layout development
Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and detailing
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other drafting tools is a plus
Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projects
Knowledge of local building codes and fit-out standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
