WSP is seeking a skilled and proactive Interface Coordinator to join our team for a prestigious airport project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating interface activities among various stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration and alignment across all project disciplines.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to address interface-related issues.
- Interface Management: Identify, monitor, and manage all project interfaces to ensure seamless integration across different disciplines and packages.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve interface conflicts promptly to prevent project delays and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interface meetings, agreements, and issues; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all interface activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Facilitation: Promote clear and consistent communication between all parties to avoid misunderstandings and maintain project momentum.
- Risk Management: Identify interface risks and propose mitigation strategies to reduce potential project impacts.
- Quality Control: Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure that interface requirements are met during design and construction phases.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Saudi National as per project requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interface coordination, preferably in large-scale airport or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with international standards and practices related to aviation and airport projects.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle phases, from design to construction and commissioning.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
