inspireU Programs Management Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for assisting in developing and managing inspireU programs in alignment with stc's strategic objectives. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Assist in developing and managing inspireU programs in alignment with stc's strategic objectives.
• Assist in the execution of specialized tracks to integrate startup solutions into stc’s portfolio.
• Build and execute startup engagement plans to keep startups actively involved in inspireU programs.
• Monitor and track KPIs for inspireU programs to ensure alignment with best practices and methodologies.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for strategic collaborations with stc clusters and accelerated startups.
• Develop robust relationships with stc subsidiaries and conduct regular collaboration sessions to align program objectives and exchange insights.
• Manage the application inflow for inspireU intakes, involving relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Track the growth of startups throughout the collaboration journey and conduct continuous evaluations to identify investment opportunities.
• Provide executional support to startups in their go-to-market strategies and facilitate PoC funding
• Actively explore international collaboration opportunities through research and market analysis
  
  

Job Responsibility (Cont.)

• Shape and update inspireU program academies and acceleration sessions (workshops, mentorship/consultation sessions/ … etc.).
• Implement comprehensive monitoring on a monthly basis to track the progress of inspireU alumni.
• Track the ROI and implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the financial viability of portfolio startups.
• Manage the post-acceleration phase, including the startup analysis and review process.
• Continuously monitor the financial position of graduated startups to activate the first right of refusal clause.
