الوصف الوظيفة
إجراء عمليات تفتيش على مشاريع الطرق، بما في ذلك الحفريات والمباني، وفقًا للشروط المحددة . تشمل المسؤوليات تنفيذ عمليات تفتيش مجدولة وغير مجدولة
المتطلبات الوظيفية
- المؤهل التعليمي: دبلوم واعلى في الهندسة المدنية أو المساحة
- الخبرة : تدريب تعاوني واعلى
- امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات التفتيش المتعلقة بالبناء وأعمال الطرق
- القدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية وتحديد أولويات المهام بين عمليات التفتيش المجدولة وغير المجدولة
- مهارة في توثيق عمليات التفتيش وإعداد التقارير الدورية
- مهارات تواصل لنقل نتائج التفتيش بوضوح إلى الجهات المعنية
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والمشاركة في حملات التفتيش وفقًا لسياسات المنظمة
المهام الوظيفية
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش دقيقة لمواقع البناء والطرق، بما في ذلك الحفريات والمباني، لضمان الامتثال للوائح المعمول بها
- تنفيذ زيارات تفتيش مجدولة وفقًا للخطة المعتمدة، والتعامل مع أي عمليات تفتيش عاجلة وغير مجدولة عند الحاجة
- تطبيق إجراءات وسياسات العمل أثناء التفتيش لضمان الامتثال والسلامة
- المشاركة في حملات التفتيش والتعاون مع المفتشين الأعلى لمراقبة جودة وسلامة المشاريع
- إعداد تقارير تفصيلية عن نتائج التفتيش وتقديمها دوريًا للمشرفين للمراجعة
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى للاستجابة للتقارير المقدمة عبر نظام 940 فيما يخص الحوادث والوقائعة المرورية
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية لتقييم مدى الامتثال لمعايير ولوائح الهندسية
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية فعالة للتفاعل مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة
- مهارات تنظيمية لإدارة طلبات التفتيش والمواعيد بفعالية
- القدرة على العمل الجماعي والتعاون مع المفتشين الأعلى وأعضاء الفريق الآخر
- مهارات حل المشكلات
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل لضمان فحص جميع جوانب البناء وأعمال الطرق بدقة
