Accountabilities:
Market Research and Data Analysis: Reviews market research and analyzes data from various internal and external sources (e.g., consumer research, OBIIE, internal KPIs, third-party agencies) to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks, such as analyzing competitive positioning and customer behavior to pinpoint areas for market share improvement.
Growth Trends: Identifies growth opportunities by creating comprehensive reports that include in-depth analysis of market data, product performance, and customer feedback, consolidating all relevant data sources. Provides growth recommendations and submits relevant reports to direct manager for review and further action.
Competitor and Consumer Behavior: Conducts relevant analysis and develops reports to the Head of Marketing that highlight emerging consumer preferences and competitive actions impacting market positioning, based on market research and OBIEE, aiming to improve market share and enhance competitive advantage.
Product Innovation: Analyzes new product launch campaign impact and metrics, such as iced tea new launch, by measuring engagement, sales lift, and brand awareness to provide recommendations, improvements, and next best actions for further campaign phases.
Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Prepares and presents concise, data-driven reports on a monthly basis to senior sales heads, after Marketing Director review, outlining key findings such as marketing trends, sales volumes, and consumer preferences, proposing recommendations, and highlighting opportunities related to product segments, sales volume, and market share for further action planning and improvement.
Business Review Meetings: Prepares quarterly marketing executive presentations for the performance review meetings, including all necessary analyses and inputs that covers key metrics and performance insights after Head of Marketing review before being presented to the General Manager ensuring efficient reporting of marketing progress.
Customer Engagement: Prepares and designs a customer-facing presentation, under the guidance of the Marketing Head, that highlights key data and insights on market trends and customer behavior, identifies customers’ opportunities, and uses data to propose specific, targeted actions that benefit both parties, fostering improvement and collaboration with the customer.
Annual Operating Plan: Prepares progress updates for the marketing annual operating plan by collaborating with the finance team to review and consolidate key metrics such as sales volume, market share, and budgets, ensuring all relevant data is included to support informed decision-making and further actions.
Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing analysis, market research, or business intelligence.
- Fluent in Arabic with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Highly proficient in computer skills, with advanced expertise in MS Office applications.
