Purpose of the position

Reporting to the Regional Solutions Manager MENA, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting specific weekly and monthly activities to support and drive broader engagement with channel partners and some end customers across the Kingdom.Calling campaigns will be defined with specific goals where the Inside Sales Consultant will use phone, e-mail and social media to drive specific overall business demand. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting weekly calling expectations, exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and growing business relationships based on key responsibilities.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Participate in specific calls to support sales and marketing campaigns to drive overall sales as well as leads for field-based opportunities to support building the sales pipeline.
  • Cold Calling as part of an overall campaign to drive specific leads including SW renewals and smaller accounts
  • Call campaigns follow up to target specific end users as identified by the sales and local team based on business priorities
  • Coordination of demos to drive demand for field-based leads
  • Responsible for lead qualification and joint distribution of leads.
  • Work closely with the KSA business development and local solutions consultant to support lead conversion
  • Manage sales data and CRM systems with a view to establishing accurate contact information for key markets such as Private & Independent Schools, Higher Ed Colleges and Universities, Regional and Central MOE and other key stakeholder databases.Plus, any other business or enterprise key contacts.
  • Support and when required actively maintain the sales funnel pipeline and KSA opportunities in our CRM system. Enter and accurately update opportunities within Salesforce on a consistent basis
  • Work with field sales to ensure that sales forecasts are updated and accurate
  • Support the outreach actions to tier 2 channel reseller partners, system integrators and authorized Distributors as part of communications into the channel ecosystem.
  • Support sales with the Deal Registration process as required
  • Be capable of market research and use social and web tools to connect with key prospects and build an accurate database of contacts.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets for specific region or area assigned
  • Develop knowledge of SMART solutions and be comfortable demonstrating products and field sales enquiries from end user customers.
  • Support regional Demand Gen activities with the marketing initiatives to implement effective programs and campaigns
  • Attend local events and trade shows when required, to support the channel partners and Distributors and the SMART team also.

Education And Work Experience

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2-years’ experience in sales preferably in an inside sales position calling directly into customers
  • Commercial acumen and willingness to learn and develop
  • Education Acumen- a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and teams both locally and remotely
  • Demonstrated reasoning and problem-solving abilities with a high level of self-motivation
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • High degree of comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to approach tasks with a positive attitude while focusing on results
  • Education and technology acumen a strong plus
  • Self-starter and highly motivated

Supervision

  • This position does not have any direct reports

Additional Details

  • Office-based role, fast-paced work working environment
  • Local and regional market travel maybe required from time to time to meet with existing and prospective customers
  • A valid passport, or no impediment to obtaining one, is required.
  • A valid driver’s license preferred
  • Transferable VISA or no impediment to obtaining new VISA
  • This position to be located in KSA (Riyadh)
