Innovation & Corporate Venture Builder Management Expert

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for leading & developing Innovation Hub and Corporate Venture Builder.The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure

Job Responsibility

• Support Innovation & Corporate venture building department objectives
• Lead/support end-to-end corporate ventures product development across the lifecycle (ideation, MVP, scaling) in exploring new domains
• Collaborate closely with venture teams, founders, and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and strategies
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify business opportunities and product need
• Lead/Support the design of user interfaces and user experiences for new digital products, from concept through to launch.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that guide the development of new ventures
• Create customer personas, journey maps, and touchpoint analyses to optimize customer interactions and engagement.
