Information Technology Analyst

Job Purpose:

Is responsible for understanding business needs, documenting them, implementing, developing, architecting, and governing enterprise-grade solutions, training the users, and resolving their day-to-day problems

Description:

• Analytical and logical thinking, with a technical background
• Properly documenting business needs
• Conduct discovery workshops, translate requirements into technical specs, and create unified architectures that combine SharePoint Online, .NET services
• Full‑Stack Development experience in SharePoint and web development, including implementing rich front ends with React/Vite or Angular, where standalone web apps are required, ensuring a consistent design language with SharePoint sites
• Orchestrate data flows between SharePoint lists/libraries, SQL/Dataverse, and external line‑of‑business systems through Graph API, webhooks, and Power Automate, where appropriate.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for SharePoint Framework packages, .NET builds, and infrastructure‑as‑code (Bicep/Terraform).
• Provide tier‑3 troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post‑deployment health checks
• Solid experience in database design, stored procedures/packages, entity relationship diagrams, and use case designs
• Craft responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and Bootstrap 5—ensuring pixel-perfect layouts across modern browsers and devices.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree Computer science, Artificial Intelligence
