• Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure our service delivery is efficient and consistently high-quality, always looking for smarter ways to get things done.
• Own Client Success: Be the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive value and remain satisfied.
• Grow the Relationship: Identify new opportunities and help expand within existing accounts.
  

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales support (bonus if it's in QA, IT, or telecom).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts in a simple way.
• A keen eye for improving workflows and spotting new business opportunities.
