The Implementation & Consultation team at Deliverect is a dedicated group of seasoned professionals committed to driving unparalleled success for enterprise businesses. Leveraging a deep understanding of large-scale needs, we craft seamless technical integration plans that streamline processes, reduce errors, and elevate operational efficiency, directly contributing to our clients' ambitious business goals. Our holistic approach encompasses expert project management, technical proficiency, and continuous improvement, ensuring quality while we collaborate closely with customers to tailor our services to their unique requirements.

Your Impact:

As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by guiding key customers through a seamless technical implementation process. Your direct engagement and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions, fostering long-term client relationships, and directly contributing to Deliverect's growth and impact.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Riyadh office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on project execution and escalating significant scope changes (approx. 40% of the time).
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands-on support during and post-implementation to resolve technical issues (approx 30% of the time).
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring the Deliverect platform to align with specific client needs and delivering customised solutions using your deep knowledge of our product suite and integration capabilities (approx. 30% of the time).
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients (approx. 20% of the time).
  • Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation workflows and platform enhancements (approx. 10% of the time).

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as an Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Specialist or Technical Account Manager, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
  • Familiarity with logging and error monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry) and the ability to delve into logs to troubleshoot.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is preferred.
