Role Summary: The Identity and Access Management Specialist is responsible for designing, testing, and refining the company's IT security framework, including IAM policies that align with local cybersecurity requirements. This role monitors user access, develops and maintains IAM systems, troubleshoots issues, manages user accounts, and ensures compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and other standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Manager, IT Operations and Access Management in the definition and implementation of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures.
  • Design, develop, test, and support the IT Security Framework fully aligned with Internal Control and Cybersecurity definitions.
  • Analyze organizational roles and responsibilities to translate them into configuration of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), user identity identification, permissions, and authentications to digital resources (Business Applications and/or Infrastructure) and data access.
  • Create and maintain IAM Architecture, including access monitoring and controls, identity lifecycle management (onboarding, changes and offboarding user roles) and authentication mechanisms to mitigate security risks while maintaining data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Internal Control and Compliance specialists to implement Segregation of Duties and limits on user allowed actions as per the company policies and procedures.
  • Support and collaborate with other IT professionals on the definitions for Authentication mechanisms and Single Sign On (SSO) solutions.
  • Manage user identities including creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company’s policies and procedures and Cybersecurity and Internal Control definitions.
  • Monitor user account activities and address any deviations or unauthorized access attempts.
  • Integrate Muti-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions with existing Applications and Systems to strengthen authentication and IAM processes.
  • Implement Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions to manage and monitor privilege accounts, restricting access to critical systems and sensitive data and establishing controls to prevent PAM misuse.
  • Implement and maintain the IT Security/Cybersecurity Governance, following the defined operative practices and standards, which may include procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets from both internal and external threats.


Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences, or Information Security Systems or a related discipline.
  • A Minimum of 3 years in the IT industry and in Technology and Identity Access Management Areas.
