- Formulation of corporate performance and results guidelines by effective business planning.
- Conceptualize, analyze and report on the corporate performance data, by major business unit’s KPIs, KPIs progressing and submission review and validations, and prepare technical presentations for Executive Management and BED.
- To provide expert advice to business users across the Bank in the development of objectives and KPIs, methods and procedures. Analyze data to create sound solutions to real business problems.
- Act as a super user and provide sound technical advice for Objectives and Key Results (OKR) platform system, JIRA application, and Business Intelligence Dashboards on a proactive basis with the objective of driving business delivery against the KPIs annual targets and highlighting under-performing areas.
- Lead the technical aspects of corporate performance in the core OKR applications and monitor the corporate performance and provide periodic technical analysis by highlighting any issues.
- Ensure compliance and conformance of corporate performance with IsDB's CPR guidelines and internal control systems.
- Ensure effective integration of Department’s policies and procedures with OKR platform.
- Improve processes and approaches, demonstrating adaptability to implementation of internal control points or recommendations raised by external and internal auditors related to the CPR processes.
- Implementation of the Corporate Performance Management Framework, guidelines, policies, procedures and methodologies and ensuring that guidelines and policies are appropriately adopted by all business units in IsDB and are periodically reviewed and updated accordingly with an alignment with the IsDB’s 10-Year Strategy.
- Development and Implementation of the CPR Guidelines with a focus on harmonizing the corporate performance processes, rules and guidelines with the policies of relevant department.
- Designing and rolling out training modules in the form of modern methods of knowledge sharing such as tutorial videos, focused presentations, on-line glossary and face-to-face engagement regarding the Corporate Performance Management applications (OKR), reviewing validation processes, core IT applications Power BI and Jira Annual Work Program application.
- Formulation of Corporate Performance guidelines by ensuring an alignment/execution with the strategic plans of the Bank, strategic priorities by designing tools, preparing guidelines and effective communication with all business units across the Bank.
- Implementation and configuration of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) platform in partnership with IT.
- Follow up incorporation of the decisions within the Corporate Performance Process prior to the clearance of the Executive Management Committee, President, and further submission to the Board of Executive Directors for approval.
- Ensure data integrity and data accuracy by putting Corporate Performance controls in place during the Corporate Performance assessment process after evaluation of submission, and effective uploading of the data in the OKR platform.
- Advise / set up KPIs structures (objectives, KPIs, targets, strategic alignment, units, descriptions, weightage, etc) in IsDB systems to ensure consistent costs booking of the IsDB expenses types to enable budget tracing transparency and effective risk management.
- Measure actual performance benchmarking against pre-defined plans and targets in relations to approved targets and qualitative aspects of performance and periodic reporting on the strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Engage in discussions and consultations with the departments to identify KPIs and measures for enhancing effective achieving of targets and promote transparency.
- Design and measure desired business goals across functions and assess performance of departments and lines of business using Corporate Performance Management tools and applications.
- Build and maintain business relations and initiate communications with all related stakeholders on all matters relating to Corporate Performance Management and reporting on objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor corporate performance implementation in collaboration with all the organizational units and prepare as well as present periodic Corporate Performance reports.
- Ensure the provision of on-line and real time access in the form of dashboards and Business Intelligence reports and Corporate Performance information to all organizational units to facilitate and strengthen management of their KPIs.
- Develop and maintain status reports and presentations for presentations to the management to facilitate departmental performance assessment, highlighting risks faced by under-performance and recommend corrective measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Business Administrations, Finance or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent understanding of the Corporate Performance processes, tools and methodologies, analysis and relevant practices.
- Strong working knowledge of planning and business performance management.
- Good working knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to report corporate performance using KPIs.
- Awareness of current industry best practices, procedures, tools and methodologies used in monitoring and reporting corporate performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in planning and performance management methodologies, techniques, tools, etc.
- Working knowledge / conceptual understanding of the role of budget and resource management to achieve organizational objectives.
- Working knowledge of OKR, other Business Intelligence applications Advanced.
