To provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience, professional development, and meaningful contributions to departmental projects in a supportive learning environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct research on issues affecting Muslim communities in non-member countries
- Assist in preparing and updating country briefs, profiles, and fact sheets
- Support mid-term and annual program reporting
- Assist in organizing internal and external community outreach consultations
- Help prepare documentation for project appraisal and assessments
- Compile data and prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and presentation materials
- Provide admin and logistical support for missions and events
- Draft routine correspondence and assist with internal coordination
- Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Undergraduate student in their final year of study
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program
- Currently enrolled in a Doctoral program
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree within the past 12 months
- Research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- English - Mandatory
- Arabic - Preferred
- French - Preferred
- Internship duration: 6 months
