About the Job

As a ICT & Security Engineer; specialized in Safety & Security Engineering, you will bring proved experience, planning, design review, coordination, implementation, and integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems and Security Management Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Permitter Protection, X Ray Scanners, Intrusion protection, physical security systems, fire alarm, and other security systems.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Review and analyze industrial security requirements from project/bid specifications and drawings.
  • Review and analyze the security consultants' design documents
  • Prepare necessary security design engineering calculations and drawings
  • Review projects/bid commercial terms and conditions, and highlight risk and important points
  • Prepare quantities, take off, and engineering requisition specifications related to industrial security systems and related equipment’s
  • Prepare Request for Quotations for security consultants and security equipment suppliers
  • Review suppliers’ quotations for compliance with project specifications, security consultants' design.
  • Support the review, coordination, and validation of ICT system designs, including passive and active network infrastructure, data centers, telecom systems, Wi-Fi, VoIP, LAN/WAN, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and the client team to ensure proper design integration with other systems and services.
  • Participate in technical reviews, evaluate drawings, material submittals, technical proposals, and shop drawings
  • Others as directed by the tendering manager or the Projects Department.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has B.SC. Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronic or similar
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent technical and commercial skills.
  • Site experience for similar security projects.
  • Experience and deep knowledge of ICT & Security directives, standards, and specifications.
  • Strong communication, technical, and engineering skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for engineering and projects.
  • Writing / Speaking fluent English and Arabic.
  • Saudi Nationals are preferred.
