ICT & Network Inspector

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering

firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ICT & Network Inspector to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in telecommunications, computer networking, or a related field, with hands-on experience in inspecting, testing, and validating ICT and network installations. This role requires thorough knowledge of network standards, compliance verification, and quality assurance practices in complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of ICT and network infrastructure,
  
  

including structured cabling, LAN/WAN, wireless systems, and related hardware.

• Verify that all ICT and network installations comply with project
  
  

specifications, international standards, and local regulations.

• Perform site surveys and generate detailed inspection reports highlighting
  
  

deficiencies and required corrective actions.

• Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams to
  
  

ensure quality control and compliance with approved designs.

• Review technical submittals, drawings, and as-built documentation for
  
  

accuracy and adherence to standards.

• Monitor commissioning activities and verify the performance and reliability
  
  

of network systems.

• Support final acceptance procedures and client handover processes by
  
  

providing comprehensive inspection documentation.

• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best
  
  

practices related to ICT and network inspection.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Networking, or a
  
  

related technical field.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in ICT and network inspection or
  
  

quality assurance.

• Membership in a recognized professional engineering or technical body is required.
• Strong knowledge of ICT and network standards and protocols (e.g., TIA/EIA,
  
  

ISO/IEC, BICSI).

• Experience with inspection tools, network testing equipment, and reporting
  
  

software.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
