Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed Building Information Models (BIM) from point cloud data for a variety of structures, including bridges and buildings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, advanced technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop accurate BIM models from point cloud data. – Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models meet project requirements.
– Ensure models comply with industry standards and best practices.
– Perform quality control checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
– Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
– Assist in the integration of BIM models with other project data and systems.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in BIM modeling, particularly with point cloud data.
– Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
– Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in infrastructure projects, particularly bridges and buildings.
– Certification in BIM-related courses or software.
