Hydraulic Aftermarket Solution Specialist

About the Role:

As a Hydraulic Aftermarket Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the Hydraulic market, gathering critical competitive intelligence, and developing and executing targeted marketing programs and sales campaigns to achieve business growth in value and volume. Acting as the subject matter expert, working closely with suppliers, managing campaign implementation, and leading internal training to ensure the successful growth and profitability of the hydraulic business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor the hydraulic market and maintain an up-to-date database including activities, pricing, and product offerings.
• Responsibility for the sales value and volume, driving growth through strategic initiatives.
• Develop, roll out, and lead impactful sales, parts, and combined programs that drive incremental business growth.
• Lead campaign implementation, track incentives, and lead training sessions for staff on new campaigns, offerings, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with suppliers to maintain and update new products/offerings and secure supplier-funded campaigns that align with our specific market demands and business goals.

Qualifications, Skills & Aptitude:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PSSR/hands-on PSS (Product Support Sales).
• Technical background to understand machine operations, functions, and various parts working within the equipment, specifically hydraulic systems.
• Business background, understanding of market trends, research skills, and data analysis for campaign creation.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English language is Essential.
