Job Description

We are currently seeking a HVAC Specialist Engineer, reporting directly to the Mechanical Department Manager to join our team based in Al-Khobar.

About the role:

You will work within the Mechanical Equipment Section that is in charge of the technical specification, calculation, design selection, detail engineering development and supplier management for the HVAC Systems.

You will lead the integration of the equipment in all the technical aspect and interfaces with the plant (instrumentation, electrical, piping, civil, buildings) being in charge of the verification of the technical conformity with the project specifications, covering the entire project-life of the equipment since the selection phase up to delivery at project site.

Key interactions of the HVAC Engineer are internally with Project teams, Procurement, Construction departments and others engineering disciplines; externally with Clients and Suppliers.

The role and your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• ensure timely and qualitative preparation of project technical specifications in coordination with other disciplines;
• preparation of material requisition for inquiry;
• technical analysis of received bids;
• preparation of material requisition for purchase;
• act as a main interface with suppliers during the detailed engineering phase and technical follow up of the scope of supply
• ensure proper communication and interface with project functions as procurement and planning, other disciplines specialist engineers and clients;
• ensure timely reporting on engineering/requisitioning activities to the Lead Discipline Engineer;
• adhere to the committed man/hours and budget;
• meet quality and HSE objectives of the project;
  
  
  

You will have the opportunity to attend to technical meetings with Clients or Suppliers, visit Vendor workshop and join our colleagues overseas. You will also have the opportunity to follow up engineering activities related to HVAC directly on our sites, supporting erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities.

Qualifications: Mechanical engineering

Main Skills:

• attitude to perform the work in team, in an international and multi-cultural environment
• capability to complete tasks on time with the required Company quality level
• open-mind with respect to new energy sources and digital solutions
• it is required previous experience in simila role as HVAC engineer
• it is required knowledge in Aramco standards and procedures
  
  
  

Experience in:

GES+ Companies, Oil and Gas industry

Languages:
