Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Riyadh and focuses on supporting the organization’s human resources functions as a Human Resources Specialist. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance and to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) expertise, including foundational knowledge and operational skills
• Proficiency in HR Management and implementation of HR strategies
• Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies to ensure a compliant work environment
• Skills in managing Employee Benefits and addressing related inquiries
• Competence in Personnel Management, including resolving employee relations matters
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) are a plus
