Human Resources Payroll

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and maintaining confidentiality of all payroll information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly payroll and verify attendance and deductions.
• Update employee data in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
• Calculate allowances, deductions, end-of-service, and benefits.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and GOSI regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries related to salaries and payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor and GOSI systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
