Hiring a Human Resources Operations Officer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands HR systems, and can balance employee support with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services
Oversee and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Support payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and leave administration
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and consistently applied
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from staff
Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR systems and processes
Skills- Strong experience with HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
