JOB PURPOSE:
The HR Operations Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the HR department. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR tasks, providing support to employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The primary goal of the HR Operations Officer is to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
DESCRIPTION
- Onboarding:
o Coordinate the entire onboarding process for new hires.
o Ensure timely completion of employment contracts and necessary documentation.
o Conduct new hire orientations to familiarize employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Offboarding:
o Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including ex itnterview and return of company property.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations during the offboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
o Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
o Maintain strong employee relationships through open communication and conflict resolution.
o Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
o Process and track various HR forms, such as leave applications and transfer requests.
- Outsource Manpower:
o Manage the outsourcing of manpower requirements, including new hires, documentation , leave requests, timesheet and any related requests or issues.
o Process invoices and purchase requisitions related to outsourced manpower and other HR-related vendors through SAP system.
- Timesheet and Attendance Management:
o Oversee the timesheet submission process and ensure accurate tracking of employees.
o Monitor employee attendance records and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Business Trip Management:
o Process employee Per diem and reimbursements.
- o Ensure compliance with company business trip policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE&SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
Minimum Experience:
1-2 Years
