Human Resources Manager (Riyadh) - Beacon Events

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the organization’s growth and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations and talent development.

Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy and Policy Development
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Create and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.

• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Lead the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.

• Employee Relations
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.

• Training and Development
• Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote professional growth.

• Compensation and Benefits
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
• Manage employee performance review processes and compensation adjustments.

• Compliance and Legal
• Ensure compliance with AU, HK, UK and KSA labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Handle legal and ethical HR mattes with confidentiality and sensitivity.

• HR Data and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.

• Employee Engagement and Communication
• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employment engagement and morale.
• Facilitate effective communication channels between employees and management.

• Admin & Ad hoc
• Assist KSA Admin jobs.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required.
  

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• 5-8 years experiences as a HR Manager or in a similar leadership role in multinational corporation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Melbourne, London, Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia HR regulations, compliance, best practices and labor laws
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional HR teams.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
