Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only
Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken)
Experience: 8–12 years in progressive HR roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations within the organization. This role is critical in aligning human capital strategy with the company’s business objectives. The manager will be responsible for driving HR compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll management, Saudization initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support overall organizational goals and enhance company culture.
- Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance with platforms such as:
GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, Hadaf/Tawteen, Tamheer, and all HRDF-related programs.
- Oversee the administration of employment contracts, Iqama renewals, profession amendments, and medical insurance processes.
- Lead and manage the payroll function, including:
Shift validations, incentive programs, bonuses, and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain and enforce company policies, HR procedures, and Saudi labor law requirements.
- Build and lead employee onboarding, orientation, and career development programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
- Drive recruitment efforts and workforce planning, including screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Develop and monitor performance management systems linked to KPIs and departmental objectives.
- Manage the reconciliation and reporting of HR data, ensuring accuracy in all reports submitted to leadership.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for business improvements.
- Lead monthly and annual HR compliance and audit processes.
- Ensure smooth offboarding processes and accurate final settlements.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of Saudi labor law and HRDF regulations.
- Advanced knowledge in using HRMS platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel functions, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents).
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Recognized HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.
