Human Resources Generalist

Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives. This role will focus on enhancing employee performance, engagement, and retention.

Job Description:

• Oversee full cycle of recruitment efforts
• Searching CVs by ( LinkedIn, Agencies, Market ) with response to the candidate in case of acceptance or rejection).
• Shortlisted all potential candidates and arrange the interview with the stakeholders for them.
• Create a CV pool for all positions.
• Implement the onboarding process.
• Build a great relationship with a company in the same industry or a similar.
• Work on CCMC presence in job fairs
• Achieving the required Saudization percentage for each department per the standards of the Ministry of HR.
• Ensure all eligible Saudis for government support are added – HDF.
• Create a Training Plan
• Coordinating with departments on course dates.
• Follow up on training results with departments and verify trainees’ benefits.
• Working to follow up on updates in training centers to keep pace with the labor market regarding employee training.

Qualification

Business administration, human resources management, or a related field.

Experience

+4 Years.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Arabic & English languages are required.
