To coordinate and support the smooth and efficient operation of the Personnel Department within Human Resources, assisting the HR Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel.
Qualifications
Ideally holds a university degree or diploma in Human Resources Management/Development or Hospitality/Tourism Management, with at least 1 year of experience in a Human resource or similar role within a larger organization. excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are required.
