Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Coordinator, Riyadh
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage orientation and exit processes, providing a welcoming and informative experience for all employees.
- HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date HR records, employee files, and digital databases; assist in benefits and leave administration while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
- Recruitment Coordination: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for a smooth recruitment workflow.
- Employee Engagement: Support planning of employee activities, well-being events, and internal communication initiatives to boost engagement and workplace culture.
- Compliance and Policy Support: Ensure company practices are compliant with Saudi labor regulations and Niceone’s internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation for audits.
- Payroll Assistance: Work with the Finance team on time and attendance tracking and help ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Provide first-line support for day-to-day HR questions; escalate complex issues to senior HR staff, ensuring fairness and respect for all team members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year in HR, recruitment, administration, or related roles; experience in retail or logistics environments is a plus.
- Detail Orientation: Ability to maintain accuracy and data integrity in all HR documentation and tasks.
- Communication: Strong professional writing and speaking skills in both Arabic and English.
- Technology Skills: Proficient with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and digital tools for teamwork and document management.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to take on new challenges and embrace evolving processes and systems.
