- Represent KSA HR as the point of contact to the management team members and employees in the business areas under your responsibility on all strategic and operational people-related topics
- In close cooperation with the respective functions, drive the implementation of effective HR programs including recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits and organizational development & change
- Strategically plan workforce changes/demands for the business areas under your responsibility
- Guide in the coordination of staffing in cooperation with other HR functions
- Spearhead Saudization and gender diversity initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive the local implementation of global people strategies and roll-out relevant initiatives and actions
- Ensure quality and adherence to global standards and local practices for core HR processes and drive operational excellence
- Utilizes expertise on people market dynamics, competitor practices and customer expectation to make effective short- and long-term plans and strategies
- Strategically manage the people-related aspects relating to the growth of the local organization in collaboration with all involved stakeholders
- Bachelors degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR within a matrix multinational organization
- Experience working on business growth/ramp-up HR projects
- Deep knowledge of the KSA labor regulations
- Thorough understanding of HR practices, systems and methodologies
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages
- Due to local requirements, this position is restricted to Saudi nationals only
