We are seeking a proactive and experienced *Human Resource cum Sales Executive Secretary* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing HR-related tasks while providing executive support to the sales department.

• Key Responsibilities*:
  
  
  

1. *Human Resource Management*:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations and grievances professionally.
  
  
  

2. *Sales Support*:

• clients lead generation and data entry
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Maintain records of sales data and client information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
• Support in drafting proposals and quotations for clients.
  
  
  

3. *Executive Support*:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
• Qualifications and Skills*:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR / Recruitment and/or sales support.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM
• Strong listening, understanding, and analytical skills with creativity and dedication.
• Preferred*:
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements*:
• Female candidates with transferable Iqama only.
