About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital Executive in Human Capital Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide generalist HR Support for all colleagues.
• Coordinate with other departments in all Human Resources activities/ functions, i.e. General Meetings, Colleague of the Month, Colleague of the Year, Long Service Awards, Colleague Annual Party and any other HR related events.
• Coordinate and plan HR related events and activities.
• Responsible for the coordination for the Colleague of the Month procedures.
• Responsible for internal communications – Plasma Screens, Notice Boards
• perform any related duties and special projects as requested by DOHR

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Essential

• Agility, Adaptability, Emotional Intelligence
• Business English Level in reading, writing and speaking
• Well-versed in MS Office applications especially Word, Excel and Outlook

Desired:

• Previous Knowledge in recruitment, administration & HR roles
