Partner with the best As the Operation HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day activity in the Campus being HSE frontline. You will partner with the Operation Leaders and team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations.

You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

As an Operation HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting Campus HSE Surveillance.
  • Monitoring (H&S and E) performance.
  • Supporting the Safety Talks operation.
  • Supporting management of Concerns/IDEAS.
  • Managing JSA revision / non-routinary activities Risk Assessment.
  • Looking after Management of Change (MOC) follow-up.
  • Looking after environmental sampling (air emissions, water, noise)
  • Supporting HSE Digital tool management.
  • Supporting the organization to learn from Normal Operations ( HSE Alerts , Learning team events, etc.)
  • Acting as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the shop-floor.
  • Looking after Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision


Work Experience

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a high school diploma / GED.
  • Be familiar with HSE operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry.
  • Have 2 + years of work experience in HSE.
  • Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used international standards.
  • Have NEBOSH certificate.
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
  • Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and leadership influencing skills.
  • Have NEBOSH certificate.
  • Have hydrostatic and pneumatic testing is a plus.
