We're Hiring: HSE Manager (Aramco Experienced)!
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, particularly within Aramco projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry regulations, risk assessment, and a passion for promoting a safe workplace.
Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: HSE Manager
What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety.
Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Provide training sessions to staff on HSE practices and emergency response.
Monitor environmental impact and ensure sustainable practices are adhered to.
Liaise with regulatory bodies to stay updated on relevant legislation.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably with Aramco projects.
Strong understanding of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Leadership skills with the capability to influence change at all levels of the organization.
