What We Need

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of KSA labor laws and local legislation, coupled with a proven track record of supporting global organizations. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in employee relocation, office property operations, logistics, and budgeting, who can work closely with leadership teams to align HR practices with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

HR Strategy :

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and local requirements.

Provide strategic HR support to the Chief People Operations Officer (CPO) and collaborate with the Regional Manager for MENA employees.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead the recruitment of high-level candidates locally and internationally, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent.

Oversee onboarding processes for expatriates and ensure compliance with relocation policies.

Compliance & Labor Law Expertise

Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, regulations, and best practices in all HR activities.

Provide guidance on local employment legislation and resolve labor-related matters effectively.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that align with organizational culture and goals.

Office Operations & Logistics

Oversee office property operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and lease agreements.

Manage logistics and ensure smooth operational workflows for the office.

Global Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams across global offices to support business operations and HR initiatives.

Ensure alignment of local HR practices with the organization’s global standards and policies.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2- 5 years of experience in HR tasks, with expertise in KSA labor law and local legislation.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, relocation processes, and managing office operations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience supporting global organizations and working with international teams preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and oversee logistics and operations.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
